Remote Ki Gong Sessions
Resurgence Martial Arts offers remote Ki Gong sessions for students who are unable to attend our in-person classes. These sessions allow students to follow along and practice from home—or another convenient location—using the Zoom video conferencing app on a phone, tablet, computer, or other compatible device.
An instructor is present during each session to guide the class, answer questions, and engage with students throughout their practice.
Remote training offers a convenient way to continue your Ki Gong journey while still being part of a live class experience.
